Hypocrite Media

For this project I had to choose a disaster and create and idea how to reach people by graphic design, so they can be warned. Name, logo and a final product as an endform were presented. My idea was to warn people about adoption of thougths from the massmedia without reflection. Meanings are pushed forward to influence society. Therefore fear, especially of different cultures and religions is often used. The logo, which is also used as illustration (Do you believe?) is spreyed on a doormat. Together with the doormat comes a nameplate, which amplifies the work. The space of an entrance door builded the perfect surrounding for my message. Visitors will see the graphical work before they enter. When visitors clean their feed on the doormat it symbolizes the rough methods of the media, but in this case the roles are changed. Using the entrance door as a message board is also useful for the visibility.
